How long are sessions and how often should I come?
Sessions are 50 to 60 minutes. Frequency depends on your needs and goals, and we’ll decide together what works best.
Do you offer after-hours or weekend sessions?
Yes. Several weekday sessions are available from 5pm to 7pm and sessions are available on Saturdays. These are high demand sessions so please WhatsApp to book these in advance.
Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Yes. Contact the team and we’ll assist with changes. Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Do you provide reports for work, school, or court?
I don’t offer reports or letters as part of therapy. If you need formal documentation, we can discuss appropriate options.
Do you work with children or teens?
Yes. We work with late adolescents aged 14 to 19.
Do you work with couples or families?
I primarily work with individuals. If you are seeking couples work, please contact me directly.
Do I need a referral to book a session?
No referral is required. You can book directly at any time.
Can I book a session for someone else?
Yes, but the person must consent to therapy and be willing to participate.
